PAYBACK's HR department wants to better understand the way the IT department works. The team wants to experience scrum - what does agile working mean for collaboration? And what better way to do that than with a Scrum Cooking team event? Here, fun and learning are combined in a tasty way. And one day was enough: you understood how Scrum works. And cooked delicious Senegalese food, laughed, ate and enjoyed the community at the same time. It was also a particularly enjoyable day for Scrumkitchen with this lively, friendly team who didn't go home until every plate was washed. The day was dense, full of experiencing and learning, feeling and tasting. The participants were tired and satisfied in the evening.
