Our Scrumkitchen team combines the joy of learning with effective collaboration.

Scrumkitchen was founded by Katharina Wirtz and grew out of the idea of bringing Scrum and team learning to life – beyond meeting rooms and theory. What began as an experiment has become a format that now inspires enthusiasm in many teams.

The workshops are conducted by two experienced agile coaches. With changing kitchen and service partners as well as freelance coaches, a lively network is created that makes each event unique.

Katharina Wirtz

Learning is most successful when done together and should be enjoyable.

Agility, learning from experience and IT topics have shaped my work for many years – in projects, teams and workshops.

I am convinced that good cooperation achieves more than any method. It is the basis for performance and enjoyment at work.

Melvin Ofori Wirtz

I am interested in what makes teams strong – and what slows them down.

As a psychologist and agile coach, I help people consciously shape collaboration and use conflicts as learning opportunities.

My goal is to create a team culture in which trust, openness and personal responsibility can grow.
