"The consideration of which coach to choose is nowhere more important than with teams. Because in addition to the concerns of each individual, the team coach takes a look at the interactions. In a perfect team, there would be no social conflicts, no hierarchies, no egos. But there are. If you compare a team with a vehicle drive, you'll see: front-wheel or rear-wheel drive work flawlessly on normal roads. In certain weather situations, however, they can start to lurch. But you will only reach a rough mountain terrain with a 4-wheel drive. Every ounce of power is needed. And this is even more true for teams that have to face complex tasks.
As a leader and agile coach, it is my job to make sure that everyone in my team is happy and able to perform well. All team conflicts are solvable. But to recognize and solve them, every single experience brought to the table is a valuable support."
