Kloster Eberbach: Where Historic Stillness Meets Agile Dynamics
Architecture influences behavior. The thick walls and vast halls of Eberbach Abbey enforce a sense of physical clarity and permanence. This unique setting provided the backdrop for a Scrum Cooking workshop that leveraged the contrast between silence and agility.
A lively, self-organized team met an environment defined by absolute simplicity. Within this tension, one thing became clear: true agility requires structure to avoid descending into hectic activity. By deliberately choosing this location, leadership themes and team dynamics were reflected upon with greater intensity.
The result was a team that translated the precision of their complex daily work directly into self-organization at the stove. Focused in execution, clear in communication, and relaxed in the final celebration.
This workshop proved once again that experiential formats are most powerful when the space itself sharpens the focus.
