Scrumkitchen in Berlin

We recently cooked, worked and reflected together with the Digitalisation Department of a German energy company. The atmosphere was calm, focused and open to new perspectives. The participants were not interested in being “agile” for its own sake. They wanted to understand how decisions emerge, how roles shape collaboration and what strengthens teamwork in everyday practice.

One moment that stood out was how naturally the company’s founder and her sister joined the team during the workshop – fully involved, without distance or special roles.

Focus grows when leadership works alongside the team.

It was a concentrated and thoughtful workshop, both professionally and personally.
