As the saying goes: focusing on the solution instead of the problem leads to useful results more quickly. And the “Agile Cooking Workshop” with Allianz showed us that it works. Even with limited resources – too little space, too little budget – we found a creative, individual solution. The desired workshop could take place.
The nearby park offered more space. So without further ado, we switched to Agile outdoor cooking. We were able to supplement the Scrumkitchen team with coaches from Allianz and thus stay within the specified budget. All in all, a very successful team event. It is always great to see how much people enjoy working together. This was also a special, extraordinary experience for us. Thanks to Lisa and the Allianz team.
